Fish Training at Disney World!

Tena from the Roger Williams Park Zoo in Rhode Island reports on her blog about her adventure training a cichlid name Stevie to swim through a tunnel. It was part of a week-long workshop on animal training at Disney's Animal Kingdom sponsored by The Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). It is great that organizations like AZA have recognized that fish can be trained.

Sounds like she had a really fun time. Maybe I'll try to sign up next year. What could be cooler than spending a week training fish at Disney World. I wonder if she found Nemo while she was there :-)
